I would like to know the real story, the whole story. I've known many people who have endured hard times and came out broken. Sometimes as a result of their own actions, sometimes the result of the action of others. I've never known the Hell of being trapped inside of my own mind. As to the other, when will the newbies and yes Bunny, to me, you are still a newbie, I may have been on slight vacay since you've taken up permanent resident status around here but after nearly nine years of being here, damn near everyone here is a newbie to me, but when will you all realize that The Bitch position around here is filled. That is my job and while I've been away for the summer months, it is still my job. There are no openings, the position is filled.

I have a writing colleague who is a good writer and editor but fancies himself to be quite a humorist. He constantly tries to be funny and it is totally futile. He'll proceed to tell a story that he finds amusing and then cracks up so much in telling it, that you cannot figure out what is so funny. He will then repeat the story, only this time without injecting laughter with the result being that you cannot figure out what is so funny. People look at each other perplexed in silence.
