So, my girlfriend took me to Biketober Fest last nite in Daytona Beach.
I wasn't looking forward much to going because I'm not much of a "big crowd"
kinda person. 
But, we got ready. I left my truck at her house. We had a cocktail before we left, so that was a good start for me, I was warm & fuzzy inside upon arrival to Daytona. 
There were tons of bad ass bikes. Harley's, crotch rockets, mopeds and they even had cops riding around on segways!!! Now that was cute!! 
The crowd wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. There were alot of people, don't get me wrong. But, everyone was like brother and sister there. Everyone was nice and happy. We danced with everyone....never spilling my beer once. Woo Hoo!! 
We started out at Dirty Harry's, danced a little and had a few beers. We the made our way to Boot Hill Saloon and did the same. We also went to Wise Guy's. All of them had bands and the music was incredible!! Most sang cover songs of bands, I heard alot of AC/DC...which everyone in the crowd sang and danced to.
There were women dressed up like cats, bunnies & racoons. (No sheeps though ) Men were clad in black and chaps. I wore jeans, my big black boots and a nice black top. I said fuck it, next year I'm gonna wear sexy black panties and chaps....Yup, I'm gonna do it. I saw women walking around in jackets with thongs on...lol
There were vendors all over, really cool biker gear, hair braiding, tattoos, t-shirts, boots, and even a lady that hand sewed on patches for the bikers. 
The food smelled delicious, there was smoked turkey legs, burgers, curly fries, bloomin' onions, philly steak & cheese, fried pickles, fried green beans, pizza....YUM!!! It smelled like fair food & it smelled good!! 
We got tons of pix and I can't wait to see them. I got a pic of me licking one of the sexy beer wenches ass, another pic of me with a chick dressed as a Guiness beer bottle and tons of pix of me and my girlfriend. 
I've never walked so far to drink a beer in my life!....Musta been a 4 block walk from the car and then we walked all thru the nite & then hiked 4 blocks back to the car....man my dogs were killin' me...they feel much better this morning. And I've never used so many port-o-lets in my life either!! 
We left and went and got some breakfast, I didn't return home until 4:30am....lol I slept til 11:30am. And as crazy as it sounds, I want to go back today!!! 
For sure next year, I am gonna wear chaps and sexy black panties and my girl just so happens to have a motorcycle license, so I told her we are gonna have to rent one, I guess I'll have to ride bitch, but that's ok. Hey...at least the bikes get up front parking at the bars. 
So, all in all a wonderful nite, it's a beautiful day out today and I'm so tempted to go back!!

Definitely a good time. I took my bike 1 year and it was too much trouble. I'd rather just drive over and walk around looking at everybody elses all day. Plus my parents have a condo over there so I have a place to stay

yay, at least someone is having fun!! just because i'm a ghost. killed at age
18 and risen from the dead, doesn't mean i can't have vicarious fun, listening

First Biker Bash Sunshine?? They are loads of fun... and people are truly uninhibited - so hell yeah ~ wear your chaps next time! (I refer to those as cheek chillers) LOL
I do have to agree with Click..taxi's are so much cheaper and easier than the alternative...DON'T DRINK AND RIDE (or drive) 
OH yeah AC/DC is touring this year.. new album....CAN'T WAIT!!!

Sounds like you had a great time! Good for you! I've always wanted to do something like that, but here in Illinois there isn't much of that going on (at least not in my part of the state).
I can't wait to see the pix, hope you post some of them here, or you do know my personal addy too (hint, hint)

Was the band Geneva playing down there? She is a friend of mine who plays at most of the biker's Ralley's.
I went to one near me this past July that had a ton of nice Harley's..With nice looking men driving them
