Changing the direction of your thrusts helps a little as well. It sounds a little hard to do, and it is a bit, but it can help make up.

Assuming you're in the missionary position, shift to the right or the left just a little. If you're the kind of person that gets raging wood(the kind of pecker you could use to put holes in the wall) then this can be a little uncomfortable till your used to it.
