Um, I'm not sure how I would feel if I was Bob's wife. I guess it really depends on their relationship. I would say, if he is having a burning need to fulfill this fantasy then, yes, he needs to be able to talk about it with his wife. I would hope, if it were me, I would be able to handle it gently...as I can imagine that admitting this sort of fantasy (since he is so embarrassed) can't be easy. If the fantasy is just a passing day dream, I'd say to not worry about it. We all have fantasies and some just are meant to be enjoyed in our heads and never lived out.
