	If everyone is voted out, who do you replace them with? In 2006 there was a massive turnover of incumbents. Since then the approval of congress is at an all time low. I know that this is rerun conversation, but from the beginning of the process in primaries, the American people vote. We wind up with what we wind up with. Bush was reelected, that should tell you something about the political acumen of our voters. Winston Churchill essentially said that "the best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter."

	Thank you for the comment, sir. I apologize if this is already a rerun. Those who are in office as a result of the 2006, election turnover fail as a result of breaking promises. Replace them with whoever you may. (By the way, I voted all Democrats in '04 to show my disapproval with Bush/Cheney.) The late Churchill still has a good point.
