I told you about when I used to go to the gym after work, I also check my phone's text messages after work, so on my way to the bathroom of the gym to change, I multi task too, check my text, one day I did the same thing and took the wrong turn, I was hearing men's voices and looked up ....  all guys with nothing on staring at me. I think that was the fastest about face I've made in my life I wished my feet had wings. From then on, no stares for guys, much less take a pic of someone's ass, I would never dare.

In public? No. Strangers? No.
Privacy of my home, Yes! Girlfriend? Oh, hell yes! Did they know about it? They were posing!
Most of the pics were crap and got deleted. Blood loss from the brain caused "photographic errors." 
There are guys who do this in public with strangers, especially taking pics of girls at nude beaches in Europe. Almost every pic post site has a public pic area where you can find these pics. Personally, I don't see the appeal, except for flasher pics from Mardi Gras, bike rallies, races, etc.

There was a special on one of the news shows ( I think it was dateline nbc) that showed these men taking the pics you talk about of under age girls & had a website dedicated to it where you could take a peek. It is becoming quite a trend to violate woman like that...I personally would grab the phone & smash it into a million pieces. good blog, kudo for you.

I agree with cootie, someone sneaking pics up womens skirts etc are just sick puppies and shouldn't be allowed phones.its a gross violation of a persons privacy

How many of you guys would actually try sticking your camera phone slightly under a womans skirt to take a pic of her panties or pussy if she had no panties on in a department store, or out in a park?

HELL NO! in answer to the question.
When I lived in Orlando, my insignificant other worked at Wally-World in Titusville.
They had to call the cops on a cretin who was doing this to women as they shopped. So if your into orange pj's and flip flops, go for it.
As far as the best pic I caught with a cell phone.....none. My prefered weapon is my slr.

And no, I would not take a pic of a strangers ass without his permission. Be kinda hypocritical to get pissed off at some dummy sneaking a pic then turn around and do the same.

I have done it a few times. Latest one was last week. She was about 18, looking at luggage at Walmart. Very sexy, wearing a camoflage miniskirt that barely covered her ass.. At first I thought no, shouldn't do it, she's too young, I'll get busted. The temptation got the best of me, I got a couple camera phone pics of her from about 15 feet away, then I went over by her & acted like I was looking at some luggage down on the floor. I wouldn't do something like that simply because I would be too scared of the consequences.
And I always thought that all of these supposed "upskirt" photos were taken with tiny cameras that were attached to the top of a person's shoe? Or that's what I thought anyway.

I don't agree with you guys at all. There is no harm done to anyone. She will never know that I took those pics & the chance of her seeing herself on flickr is highly unlikely. She was wearing an extremely sexy outfit & I wanted to see just a bit more of her. She should be very proud of her nalgas, a very fit young girl. And I am sure there have been a few that enjoyed the pics.
I got another one a few months ago, a young mom with an extremely short denim skirt in an antique shop.
