I, and my ex, drilled into our daughter that a person needs to be able to do everything around the house and have a working knowledge of all aspects including plumbing, electrical, etc.
I have always bought the groceries and am damned good at getting them at a good price point. I am a modest man of means. As a result my freezer includes: ribeye steaks, T bone steaks, NY strips, top sirloin, pork chops (sirloin), boneless pork loin, lamb chops, salmon steaks, swordfish steaks, fillet of soul, and boneless chicken breast. There is other stuff in there that escapes me at the moment like brats. I also have a lot of bacon and have feasted on BLTs for lunch lately (I get into foods and get compulsive, having them every day). I also have a well stocked large pantry with whatever sides I want.
Point being, whatever I want to eat, I have and I know how to cook anything to my personal perfection! It may explain my being a fat guy. Anything I want is only a few minutes and few feet away! Life is good!

Life is pretty fan-fucking-tastic as of late. Started college yesterday, my son is getting big FAST... he starts preschool in the next week. Work is goin great, money isn't TOO much of an issue anymore...
I'm healthy (ish... I smoke, drink, and am fat but no complaints) my son is healthy and happy... how could life be anything less than good?
