I've learned that the phrase: It's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all sucks. Some days it would really be nice to not to have known what is missing.

I have learned........thats sometimes when someone tells you something....it may not be true.......there may be ulterior motives.....
I have learned ..........that when you trust someone twice after they fucked you over once..........you are the one to blame for allowing it the second time.
I have learned.........be careful who you whine too......cause they may be such a good friend they will tell you what you need to here and not necessarily what you want to hear.......(thanks scotty........  )
I have learned..........that when you have a plant that has vines 20-30 ft long and you want to replant it in a bigger pot because its root bound.........you may need to prepare yourself for having to cut off the vines.......... 
I have learned that instead of just assuming something..........I need to ask questions.......

I've learned...
Most all of Murphy's Laws are true.
I've learned recently that if you buy a really good fan the weather will turn cool.
I learned TODAY to read what you sign...that fan? I put one in layaway at K-mart then found a better buy. Went to get my money back on the layaway to learn they charge a $10.00 cancellation fee....so they fucked me right outta my ten bucks. I shoulda just bought the damn thing then returned it.... 
I've learned if I stand on a chair to get in the top cupboard, the ceiling fan blade will hit me in the head... 
I've learned not to stand on same chair with cushion to clean same fan blades...the cushion WILL slip sideways when you get down....just came home from doctor's office..another shot in the shoulder I landed on...
I've learned some gas pumps are smarter than I am... 
I've learned if I don't get dressed all day someone WILL come knockin' on my door.
I've learned that there is an endless list of things I've learned but I will end this here...

I have learned..........that when you have a plant that has vines 20-30 ft long and you want to replant it in a bigger pot because its root bound.........you may need to prepare yourself for having to cut off the vines..........
I have a Wild rose plant beside my house... and it has ran up into the tops of 3 different trees...way ove 40' long.. I would love to move it... but i dont wanna chance killing it!

I know what you need to learn about me...other than murphey's Law...because I own that one...it is patented for me!
If you knock on my door and i don't know your coming I don't answer...that is for Softie...so you can be naked all the time and not worry about being caught off guard...unless of course you want to be.
If you call me and I don't want to talk...I don't answer...I am still not going to answer after the 3rd or 10th time.
Don't try and convince me to think your way because if I did I would be you.
If you ask me my opinion or suggestion expect a straight answer.
I don't cheat, so married men quit asking.
If you ask me out and I don't want to see you naked...I won't go out...or stay in...or change my mind. Give up and move on.
You won't here me bithch about the same shit over and over again cause i don't even want to have to hear it. If I can't fix it I assure you I won't try and put it in your hands.
Sorry? I despise that word. Save it for when you really fuck up and I will listen and forgive.
Don't try and impress me. I am not any better than you are. I am myself, and you have the right to be as well. be yourself and if we connect great, if not I will always remember your name and acknowledge you as a straight shooter. This is more important tho me than any trait or financial benefits you could offer.
as far as what I have learned...seen it, done it, heard it, watched and laughed at it, never expect it not to happen, and am never amazed when it does.

I learned that I can't FORCE my keyboard tray to open farther than it's suppose to...and it has dozens of tiny ball bearings and once they fall out...you're fucked...
I learned, in a mess you can lose something that you just saw 10 minutes ago and your head tells you to just continue and it'll turn up but.....I'll spend 30 minutes looking for it anyway.... 
I learned that old houses have uneven floors and one needs shims....disassembled clothespins will work....
I've learned I still can't part with my old Sanyo stereo...even though the volume knob is screwed up and everytime you touch it, it puts out static over the speakers loud enough to alarm the neighbors that you have a problem. (but get it just right and the quality of sound is awesome) Besides I can still stack LP's on it...
Now to go look for that picture of my granddaughter that has gotten lost in the mess.

I have learned.... That wishing on the first star you see at night really does work.
I have learned.... That communication is always first in a relationship of any kind.
I have learned.... That a person shouldn't stand on a fireant hill, in flipflops, right after it has rained....

I have learned.... That when washing a sliding glass door, a person should always leave a streak at about eye level to prevent others from walking into the glass door...
