Sorry I haven't been around in the blogs for a couple of days. I caught a terrible summer cold. My face feels like it got hit by a Mack truck. I'm feeling really shitty right now. I just woke up from sleeping for about 15 hours. I figured I'd drag my ass to the computer to just check in and say hello. I hope I'll feel better soon so I can come and read and comment in the blogs. As for now, I gotta go make a cup of tea and relax.

awww. That's no excuse. I am recovering from bruised ribs from boxing a guy in a higher weight class than myself. I'm hardly able to sit up, I can't sleep on my side, and working out is out of the question. But I still manage to come and make sure everyone is okay online.
Don't let this cold stop you. We'd miss you.

Sunshine,
Microwave a wet hand towel for 1 minute and lay it across your sinuses. The heat will make your nose run and relieve all that facial pressure.
