How many push-ups can you do at one time without stopping? I do pretty good with the push-ups and chin-ups, but fuck, I can't hardly do the damn pull-ups.  Granted, I'm a little older than I was in high school, and I couldn't hardly do the damn pull-ups at that time, and had better luch with the chin-ups. Now, push-ups were always better for me, and I'm not talking about the womens push-ups either, guys. I was just up to my grandma's where my 26 year old cousin (Matt) was there. He started all this talk about push-ups and I went first. I did 24 of them. Talk about being out of shape, damn, I'm going to have to start working out again. As for Matt, he barely did 15. How many push-ups can you do. This is for both the men and women out there.

I can do 5.......nose to the floor and go halfway up. Do 5 then hold at halfway up for 5 seconds. My goal is to do 5 sets like this three times a week. I can do one set. Hopefull, in 2 weeks, I will have all 5 sets down. Try it like that and see how many you can get.

Currrently I'm doing no strength training, just running. Can do 24 if I'm only doing one set...with good form, of course. No cheating.
