46% (Yankee) for me; I grew up in Cincinnati, right on the Mason-Dixon line, but my
parents are both from New England. I saw responses that they would've used, for which
I chose a different response. (Example: Mom and Dad say "soda," while I now say
"pop"...they say "fire hydrant," while I now say "fire plug," etc........)

WTF?!?!?!?! The majority of my life was spent in northern California! The only reasoning I can think of is that I live in North Carolina when I was 4 until I was 8. Can't even blame any of this on my parents...they grew up in the Chicago area! Weird.
