Hi All 
I`ve been on here almost a year ....and i`ve been thinking about what i`ve all experienced in that year on here . I`ve met and talked w/ some wonderful people .....made some great friends...... talked w/ some not ...so wonderful ...i`ll leave it at that ,but through it all i`ve noticed something ...... This is a Family ..... You all pray for someone to get better or congrats to someone who is having a B/day or met someone . We have seen some ugly stuff ..... fighting ,seen people fall apart , seen bad relationships brought out ....not pretty .....but through it all ....you have alway tried to support ,help in anyway , and bring a laugh or smile to our faces . I want to Thank You All ......For making me feel like part of your family ......I cannot wait to see what the next year brings ...  May we have a quiet ,peaceful ,but fun .....Year ahead ....J

I have to agree with you RR, this is like a great big family........we have had some great times here and like most families we have went thru some rough times here....love has been found and love has been lost......friendships have been made and some broken.....and for the most part each day is like a family reunion whereas everyone does there best to get along and not fight with anyone..sadly it doesnt always work but its always worth the effort.
Great Blog.......Its great having you in my "family".

I will not call this family. I will give credit to it be a community of very caring people. My family by choice, not relatives, goes back over 30 years with a proven track record of mutual dedication. No further explanation is needed.

WOW .... you might not want to call us family ......but i`m going to call you friend ... and i think deep down you feel the same ..... You always keep us informed of what is going on in your life ....w/ your friend w/ cancer etc .... that is what a friend does ..... If you were right here right now .... I would give you a big hug and a kiss on the cheek .....then you can scowl at me .... and i will give you a smile ... Friend ...

yep RR you is right I have met many wonderful people here that I do call my friends and family. I spend more time talking to my online family than my real family and WoW I really do love my family  but it seems this family is always ready to lend support ummm without the ummmm lecture

You are so right... but ya know I'm gonna side with WoW... 
OK ... let me Splain....
I have to be honest.. there are a few Women here... that I would Love to....Get to "Know" in the Bible way!  You Included!    Hey I'm honest.. shoot me! 
We couldnt do that to family.. right? just saying...
But yeah its good to be able to open up and share things Like a Family, hell I'd even say it is Healthy!! and It can Be Very Awesome!!

I have been here 2 years myself, but I have to agree with you and you put it wonderfully. They've even accepted a mean old grouch like me. Up to now,...
they've been nice and not called me a grinch. But my times coming I'm sure.

I have a real family and they do support me and they're there for me. But.........
there are things I cannot share with them and even though they'd do their best not to judge me and understand...its things they don't need to hear or know about.
I consider my friends here an "adopted" family where I share the things I can't share with my real family. It's a two way street yanno....neither do I share here some of the things I share with my real family.
Who said we can't have more than one family...one blood related and one "adopted"?

Nice to call you family too RR!! You're such a sweet person! Everyone, for the most part, has been so warm and nice to me since I came here back in October of last year! A bunch of us came over from another site, which is now closed...made us feel welcome! Now this site feels like a 2nd home...thanks to you and everyone else! Just wanted to say thanks!!!!!

Yeah, I know you didn;t mean "family" that way. Still, my mind pretty much ends up in the gutter when I am here. I like being in a place where I don;t have to apologize for being me.
