Well Its Sat. and Im off tonight!!
Its the 1st Full Sat. that I have been off in Months!!!
So Im gonna cook and have a Party for one
..cept for washing clothes..and working on the yard..lol
I just got back from the Gro store... and I bought some Awesome looking Ribs, for the grill! I looked at all of the BBQ sauces that they had... and none ofem turned me on. So I guess Ill have to make my Own BBQ sauce...
I use the "Shacks" recipe from online....which is very good.. better than anything I saw at the Store anyways.
Does anyone else make their Own BBQ Sauce? If so.. wanna share your recipe?

I just go in the fridge and see what I got and start mixing shit. Usually some type of BBQ sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, worchester, then some spices and some minced garlic....MMMmmmm....good on chicken wings!

and next time you're gonna make ribs or steak or any kind of meat, plan ahead and marinate them first in this :
1 cup Jack Daniels
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 veggie oil
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp minced garlic
let it sit overnight for the best flavor and the use the BBQ sauce when you cook it

they're delicious bunny. I cook everything with JD as it's my fave....but you can substitute it for any kind of whiskey if you prefer something else. I've used Wild Turkey in a pinch but it just wasn't as good for me
