Okay, I will go with a # 3 that I will pick. It's a toss up between...

* Dancing in the dark (1984) by Bruce Springsteen

* Pour some sugar on me (1988) by Def Leppard

* Jump (1984) Van Halen

Damn, hard to pick between these three for # 3. But then there are a few more I would love to mention, but hell, I siad to pick only 2 so we'll stick with just two videos.

And no, Bruce, The Traveling Willberry's don't count! But then again, Bruce will probably say that music videos are for pussies... Just messin' with ya, Bruce!

I haven't watched MTV since the eighties, I do recall one with Perry Como and another with Al Jolson that were pretty good.

Seriously, best one I recall is Genesis with Land of Confusion featuring Spitting Images in 1986.

Peter Gabriel"s Sledgehammer is pretty good.

Damn, I forgot to put up Perry (my late mother's favorite singer) and Al.

Strad, just 2? Impossible! How about artists, instead? OK, I can't pick just two there, either.

Since it seems MTV stopped playing music videos years ago and I stopped watching it in the 80s, all my references come from that era.

Here goes!

Fleetwood Mac - Stevie Nicks = forever hawt!
Go Gos - cheesy, fun but Belinda Carlisle = forever hawt!
Lita Ford - cheesy hair band music but Lita = forever hawt!
Patty Smyth (Scandal) - "Warrior" Patty = forever hawt!

Sorry for the tangent!

Buggles - "Video Killed the Radio Star" Were they fucking psychic?
(forgot the name of the band) - "Mexican Radio"

There's more, but I gotta head off to work.

The band is Wall of Voodoo. I love that song, but everything else they do sucks. I don't think the vid is all that hot, here is the link to it.

On my mantle above the fireplace is an unopened Amstel Light she gave me about 20 years ago. of my favorite memories. My ex-wife is still pissed off about it.

Well, how do I put this on Dayna's post with two song links. It is hilarious. The second song is what is funny, but you have to suffer through the first one to get the humor of the second. I could only handle a nauseating 30 seconds of the first one. The only thing that kept me form vomiting was that I fell asleep first.
