I may take my daughter out for a movie this weekend. I already owe her some KFC. lol Heaven knows she needs a break from what she has been going through with Alex, and the ongoing drama with Willie, and the authorities. What is a good movie to take her to this weekend?

I think a good movie would be Willie's hanging.

Where ever you take her ? Have a wonderful time. All of you.

And YES: I'm giving you a green thing.

it depends how old she is. its a real chop to some kids to be with mom and
dad or either of them past the age of 8, some 12, some 16. some get in
trouble so much, they can never leave. some get bounced in and out of their
parents lives all their lives. some build fortunes that are immense and
then lose every dime. and have 'nowhere to go', except back to the ancestral
castle. be it only a grey trailer in a one star trailer park. sometimes whole
families end up at homeless shelters, for the rest of their lives. how about
a social action movie. about the poor and downtrodden and oppressed.
and their fight to maintain some sense of respect, honor and decency.
or how about a film about migrant farm workers, who in reality are nothing
more than alienated slave labor. or a movie about mother teresa in calcutta
india. destitution not poverty. it may make her quite appreciative of what
she has and has not. it may be just the right dose for her.

I'd go with "Step Brothers" with Will Ferrell

Batman is kicking ass at the box office. Me, I'm gonna try to catch X Files this weekend.

Whatever movie you take her too I'm sure she will appreciate. She needs a little spoiling after all she's been through lately.

Movies are cool, but maybe take her somewhere more Personal... (out for dinner..a walk in the Park...) where she can release/vent to you!! Life is hard sometimes.. and From what You tell us....... She needs her Daddy!!!
My 2 cents!
