What I would give to touch your face
to see your charming smile
To slowly drown within your eyes
or talk with you awhile.
To simply sit and hold your hand
like lovers tend to do
Or cuddle close up to your side
when lying next to you.
To share with you the things in life
that mean a lot to me
Or watch waves lapping on a shore
while sitting silently.
To fun my fingers through your hair
while I melt in a kiss
And feel the joy build in my heart
and fill my soul with bliss
But for now this dream will wait
'til I am back with you
Within your arms I'll steal a kiss
and make my wish come true.
