Last Christmas I wrote a blog (and no its not here anymore) where we gave virtual gifts to anyone on AMD we wanted to. The gifts were of thoughts or prayers or hopes to someone here it can even be a virtual hug or kiss. I was thinking this morning, while I was sitting out side drinking my first cup of coffee, that part of the problem with how people interact is that we sometimes don't tell each other how we feel or what we are thinking, Sometimes we just assume that they already know when in fact unless they are a mind reader they probably don't. So since there are no gift giving Holidays any time soon, I have taken it upon myself to declare today as AMD Gift of Love Day........Today is your chance to give someone here a virtual gift to tell them you care...........So pretend you have gift boxes sitting in front of you and start filling them up....I will even start this out.........
To WOW, Alyabia, Onehornytoad..........I give you the gift of healing.......may the pain lesson and the special memories get greater.........
To Dumblonde.........I give you the virtual gift of strength and prayers.......That soon this will all be in the past and you will once again be healthy........
To the Ynots, and CasuallyLooking/Lilgriz.....I give you the gift of growth......that you love gets stronger everyday......and that when you close your eyes for the very last time you will know that you were loved by the best.
To Ash.........I give you the gift of hope..........that soon the pain of the past is just a memory and the hope of complete happiness and love comes to you soon..
To Lisa and Softie........I give you the gift of hope.......that the greatest love of your life is yet to come........and that it comes soon.
To Mrknowuwell and Dede54...........i give you the gift of healing.......that your injuries heal soon and you can once again be pain free.
To all of my friends that I may have missed who is going thru a rough time right now.......I give you the gift of love and patience.......that all your dreams come true and you find the happiness you seek.........
And to everyone on AMD.........I give you the gift of hope.......that you find what you are searching for.
Ok everyone get out those virtual gift boxes and show the people you care about that you do care.........

I'll assume that I was included in this group (based on an email....and, IF I am wrong, too bad!  I'm keeping the gift anyway). Patience? Ah, how did you know? It's EXACTLY what I need. What I have been needing for years. Occasionally I seem to find it but somehow continually lose it. Probably my biggest flaw.
I'm probably a little too self centered these days as I can't really think of virtual gifts and who to give them to. Well, I know lots of folks here that I would love to shower with gifts a plenty but my mind can not seem to grasp what others might be needing. Like I said, self centered. My mind seems to be over flowing with what I think I need or want. Shame on me.

Well first I am going to be selfish and ask if anyone has a gift box of tissues.... 
I'm not sure how to divide my gift boxes up...there would be something I would give to just about anyone I have ever spoken to on this site.. so singling them out seems nearly impossible.
To you.. I would give the gift of patience, self assurance, unconditional love (both given and received) and happiness like you've never known for the rest of your life.
DB..I would give the gift of courage, healing and time.
WOW...the gift of strength and patience to be everything that he needs to be with his dear friend. And still have enough left over for himself when the time comes that he needs it.
