About 20 years ago, when my daughter was a young child...I arrived home from work, and the babysitter announces to me that my young child is going to be a communist when she grows up....A communist, I said, she is 6 years old, what does she know about communision....the babysitter wipes the tears from her eyes and says Yes, she is going to be a communist, , and have her own show on HBO, as a STAND UP COMMUNIST....
So of course I share this story the next day in the office....
Yesterday, at the grocery store, I ran into a lady that I worked with at that time...she asked if I remember that story....
Of course, I remembered...
She said she had thought of sending it into reader digest, and had thought of it many times since I told her, but especially when she heard her young neighbor kids have this conversation....
