 The tv show "Big Brother" is starting this Sunday night. Some of the 13 contestants will be a gay bull rider, a Hooters waitress, a professional bodybuilder, and a 75-year-old former Marine. This should be an interesting group. Who's going to be watching it other than me and Borty?

I can only speak for myself, but as a guy, it seems to be very gay, too much of an appeal to the Jerry Springer, National Inquirer types.
People watching this shit when there are of hundred of channels plus other things to do, is a deal breaker for me in a potential relationship. It reflects upon the mentality of the person watching stuff like this. We won't relate, pure and simple.
Again, I only speak for myself, but not only do I not want to watch these people, I don't want to know them or the people that watch them.
Yeah, I am an arrogant judgmental son of a bitch. But one who is by no means alone in my sentiments.
But for the second day in a row, Shawn, I think that you have successfully set the table for some interesting reading via the subsequent commentary. I'll give you a kudo for that, my friend.

I used to NEVER be into shows like this. The reason that I like to watch it is because I am very interested in human behavior and psychology. I love to watch people interact and see the relationships that they form with each other...and then see what happens when it gets close to the end and they need to start turning on each other. Part of it is also because I am just a voyeur in many senses of the word, and I just like to watch.
I can understand why you would say you aren't into it, reality TV is not for everyone. To each his or her own.
