So this is the first time I've invested time in a site such as this, and it feels as if I'm stumbling around in the dark. As it stands right now, I'm a bit disappointed at how slow the picture approval rate is..."you're killing me smalls." At any rate as the subject states I'm interested in finding some friends to help me get my bearings. If anyone is interested in what I actually look like, message me.

good essay....decent blog to intro yourself...pic will get approve sooner or later but all in all for FREE it's a damn good place.....i'd recomend time in the fourms to get to know folks.....you'll be fine...just be yourself...........

Welcome young man! And I can call you that as I'm the "grandma" of AMD....but a fun one. They call me 'Softie' 'n I am but don't let it fool ya....I can bite when necessary.. 
Yes they will get your pix approved eventually and Ynot is right.....this is a good site...be patient, get acquainted and just enjoy....
