Up date ....acupuncture posted 7/6/2008 8:39:03 PM | 0 kudos what's this?     report abuse   rescueremedy Hi, It has been 20 days for my detox and i`ve had 3 acupuncture sessions . It is amazing . I`ve had no more allergy attacks ....the bad ones . I sneeze now and then ,but not as bad . He always asks if i have any new problems ..... well , last week my back has been aching bad for a week and i had a headache for about three days . He put more needles in than usual ....left me for 20 -30 minutes . Came back removed the needles ... i sat up from the bed .... pain was gone from my back and my headache was gone . Both have not returned . 4 days . My energy is returning slowly . I`m still detoxing and on food restrictions ,but it is working . The needles do not hurt going in or out . I did have discomfort the first time on my left side only . I asked and they said it was my chee restoring harmony . Thank you for your help and keeping me on the program . 	Good to see you're doing better. When I smoked...I had allergies real bad. After I quit...the allergies also stopped. Been over 4 years and I haven't had to buy claratin or benadryl Makes me happy.
