	They've virtually outlawed self defense in Britain while suppressing crime statistics and violent crimes have still gone up. I hope we don't go that route here.

	On the positive side the Brits won't let Martha Stewart in so if you are travelling there you can feel much much safer.

	dude we need to abolish use of guns. Too many people die without cause. Road rage, unwanted shootings in parking lots etc etc etc. No more guns to the public. Forget defence.

Let me get this straight.....if we pass a law making it illegal to own guns, then all the people who now use guns to kill other people will discard their weapons and become model citizens?.....
