The first thing I do is grab my super delux, big enough for a small child to swim in coffee mug & drain the coffee pot. 
I ran out of coffee a few months ago for the first time in about 30yrs & I won't make that mistake again. I had to put up with myself all the way to Waffle House for a cup & discovered I'm an asshole untill I have had my coffee.

Let the dogs out...holy shit!! I've got five dogs jumping around wanting outside first thing in the morning!  then I go turn on the coffee pot...head to the bathroom, give the cat his morning chow, get the dogs food and water put down for them, let the dogs in...get my coffee and sit and watch a little tv. Then I get my shower done, and either head off to work, or do whatever work around the house that needs to be done.
Damn!!!!! I need a social life!

First thing I do is clean the ceiling. Then I stub my toe on something that's not supossed to be there, then I beat my kids because I know they'll do something wrong later in the day and I'll be too tired to beat them at that time, leave a crap, take a shower, grab my water and head for the door.

Well considering that 99% of the time I wake up by myself...I head for the bathroom before I even open my eyes most mornings..lol
Then I usually brush my teeth grab something to drink, usually trade a few texts and head back to my room waiting for him to call on his way to work...... 
Then I get up and start my day.....
