Quick question.. when u get an email on amd which u know is spam telling u to email some outside account, what is the motive for someone trying to get you to do it? is it to send spam to your real email? I don't get it.

Some also want your email. Then you start getting all kinds of crap including all of the above mentioned. I personally like the ones trying to get home from Nigeria. There are alot of girls stuck over there....must be a really bad economy....

An AOL or yahoo email account is more inclined to have factual information than your AMD account email. They have ways of getting account infomation and your identity if you use your regular email to talke to them.

I don't know, but I keep turning them in, & they're still here, so they must not care if they're here or not....I'm personaly tired of them!!

Sorry,, just had to rant a minute!! Have a good nite!!

My take on spam is this: I have a blackberry address and it does not provide the spam feature so when my "smart" computer decides that in incoming mail is unnecessary, I don't receive it, there is no way for me to prompt its deletion regardless of whether or not the mail I didn't receive was of any importance to me,that's why I use a different address; I need my spam. How bad could it be?

You got addition to directing you to a PPV site, not only do they get your credit card number, but also your IP, with which they can spam ALL your e-mail accounts...

...And people wonder why Identity theft is on the rise.....
