Unfortunately the odds strongly favor women. Even stupid women at AMD quickly grasp the idea of supply and demand...
So do your homework, Read profiles, Send a message that indicates you actually read her profile. Don;t waste "wanna fuck" messages on lesbians. Don;t ask a woman who doesn;t have "erotic chat" checked off if she wants to chat or have phone sex. And very few people actually pull off a long distance thing.
Expect alot of "Not interested " or worse yet, no response at all. Persistence and charm will ultimately pay off.

Don't know how anyone could hook up here, it seems to only be about blogging! Snipe at someone, post a joke, anything but hook up! Too many men per woman, and most women don't seem to be here for "hooking up" in the true sense of the word, but to find an LTR. But I would stand a better chance of hooking up if I were a lesbian or bi-curious woman, instead of a horny older guy!

This is my second time here. I used to be on here a while ago. That time I met someone for lunch, there was no attraction in person, and we parted ways. I had no other interest during that attempt.
