why is it so hard to find and make friends with people?
I been on here for almost a month now and i meet some cool people but not anyone that talks to you or even or even anyone that said hi. Yea i got e-mails but almost all of them were spam so that doesnt help me. Im a really nice guy yea im looking for sex but its not just that im looking for really good friends too. So what am i doing wrong, is it my picture? Or should i of just left a blank picture up there? Or does it just simply come down to looks?..........

I've always thought tat AMD is a crazy little microcosm of the real world. With that in mind, I think making friends on here is a lot like making friends in the real world. A lot of it comes down to luck....being in the right place at the right time with the right person who is in the right mood and saying the right thing and so on and so forth. But becoming active in the community (i.e. blogs/forums/chat) allows you to become more visible and become exposed to more people who potententially are like minded/share similar interests. Hope that makes sense, I'm a little tired right now.

ya, i get the same experience. it's hard to someone to talk to on this site cuz there's no chat rooms, no nothin. i think it would attract more people if u put a pic of u as a primary, not as a logo. hope that helps

A lot of the real people, versus the spammers simply hang out commenting blogs and forums... which is a great way to meet people on here.

I agree you can never have too many friends or good experiences,
I am here for escapism from the reality that is a lonely life in a foreign land,
I think your pics are cool, don`t beat yourself up, people can be shallow and judgemental,
i went through a paranoid time,so in my pic, i only show the part of me guys are usually interested in,
i admit I`m a sucker for a hot bod with a six pack and usually i only wink at those,(Cock pics aren`t exactly a turn on for me) but thats me, it makes me feel good to get a response because i`m not shallow in my real world!
I think its worse on the normal dating sites.
Apparently to find fulfilment you must give up your desires!

You should be able to find folks to chat with. cutecarrie is right get involved in blogs, forums, chat and people will get to know you and common interests will emerge and next thing you know real conversations!
