Ain't it funny how we can spend like a ga-zillion bucks to get High Def, A million X a million colors yet,,, old black and white stuff still holds our attention?

I grew up with black and white TV and watching Ma & Pa Kettle.
Still funny today as is Lil' Abner and Amos & Andy.

Little Rascals and the Three Stooges....classics.

I think for me, the allure is knowing back then they didnt have 400 assistants to ensure they were perfect, they didn't get 400 retakes, and an army of film retouch artists...they had to act, and to get it right, and to make it good, in very short order.
