NY man sentenced to 131 years for sexually abusing young boys.

Thats the headline. This happened in a town a few miles from my own. However due to a "State corrections law" (witch they dont say what it is) it is being reduced to 50 yrs. He will still be 98 when he gets out but then again we are not talking about time of for good behavior. I say castrate the bastard and let him be used as the prision "bitch" the rest of his life. And thats letting him off easy. Thee three boys he abused will never be the same becouse of him.

Ash is right. People with offenses against kids don't get treated very well in prison. Nor do fucks with offenses against elderly folk. Prison has a sort of warped code of conduct. You'd be surprised at what a serious criminal will stand up for.

I agree, I think a person like that, and I call him a person, not a man. He dont deserve the title of a man. He should be treated as the prison bitch. I also believe since there were 3 children involved they should every three weeks take him out side, nude, have him put honey on his balls, and tie him to the neerest tree and let the bugs have their way with him for the day. Yup from sun up till sundown.

Certain crimes do not mandate a "life" sentence....Giving someone 141 years exceeds the reasonable life expectancy...thereby providing an "end-around" the sentencing laws....That's where the State corrections law kicks in, and automatically reduces the sentence.....Should this not be the case, then after a couple years, the entire case could be overturned based on "cruel and unusual punishment"....and the person could never be retried.....
