I just wanted to ask has anyone ever drank green beer on St.patricks Day? I have never drank green beer and always see in the movies or people talking about drinking green beer. I have gone out drinking every year in St.patricks day since I started drinking. I have never seen anyone drink green beer on this day at any place I have been to.

I have. tastes no different, it is just dyed that color. Although some have said it gives them the runs... Busch is one of the major ones that sends the bars kegs of the dyed stuff.

I've been drinking green beer for years on St Paddy's Day. The breweries add food coloring to it and bartenders can even add a drop of green food coloring when pouring into the glass. The only thing that will give you the shits is the corned beef and cabbage they serve.........ENJOY!

A little green or blue food coloring into already yellow beer and you have green.

Enjoy it.

I had one once & it was GOOOOOD....oh wait ( DKW) It tasted just as good as the normal, cold, wet, refreshing...... I'm on duty 'til 8AM tomorrow I gotta' quit thinking about beer. Well, first...ya gotta go to a bar that is frequented by lots of people of Irish decent..(or pseudo-Irish)...and you'll find PLENTY of green beer.....There are also two types of "green" beer....the first is the kind that is dyed...and is for all intents and purposes the same as regular beer...then there is the kind that is fresh out of the vat, and not properly aged (green vs ripe)...THAT is the kind that gives you the
