Is ill. Yep, sicker than...well.. a monkey. Both little spider monkeys have ear infections and the croup, as well as some other flu-like virus that has invaded our little abode.
The big ape also has the said flu-like virus, and cellulitis on top of that. He's missed two days of work and just now went back today. He is a big baby when he is sick, and instead of having one big ape and two little spider monkeys, it's like I have one great big spider monkey with two smaller additions.
On top of all that, I have been ill too with whatever flu-like virus we've all got, in addition to that I am afraid I've also got strep, and in addition to that I have just started a new medication that makes me extremely tired and nauseated.
And I'm the one having to clean up after everybody while they are sick, while I am sick. Woohoo! It's not that I mind really, I love to take care of my family, sick or not, except for the fact that I feel like I have been hit by a freakin' steamroller as well. I had a meeting at work the other day and I sat there for six hours feeling like someone had taken a mallet and pounded me into Monkey-Burger. 
Right now as I type this my six month old son is fussing "Ada, DaaaDaa,Da!" and my three year old daughter is coughing her little head off. Everyone is miserable and all I want is a nap. I have to work two sixteen hour shifts this weekend, I hope like hell I am up to it, because we sure need the money. In addition, there's a big freaking winter storm headed this way. So I may not be able to get to work anyway.
Anyway, if you haven't seen me around lately, and if you don't see me around in the near future -- these are the reasons.

poor baby  I do hope you feel better soon but umm doiing two 16 hr shifts ain't gonna help your illness its just gonna run you down. But I"m sure you know that get well and umm call someone to watch the spider monkey's so you can take a nap!

AWWWWWWWWWW My poor Monkey babies, give them kisses and you to...I do hope you all feel better, and Lisa is right, those 16 shifts are not going to help you honey!!! I would come and take care of you and the monkey babies, but I'm to far away!!!  Wish I was there!!

Yuck....It's no fun to have everyone sick at once and your the momma thru it all.....I wouldn't wish that on anyone, it's not fun!!
