OK, This is gonna be the last poem I put in my blogs here, at AMD. It has been said from a few, that "Poems from guys is not "manly" However, I am NOT and I repeat NOT here for guys, so my feelings on that, is if you dont think so, "Shit in your hat" I have made a pretty good living on what you may call "GAY" I'm not gonna say who it was that said this to me, so dont ask. The only reason I am even doing this one today, is because I had already planned to for today. But I want to thank you all that have left me kind words in my blog comments for the poems that I have put in here. You are all to kind, and I am glad that some of you have enjoyed them.

That was beautiful...and let me tell you something...Who gives two shits what anyone says about your poetry hun?!!! It is yours; your talent, your thoughts....You own that and no one can take it away. I love reading them. And if people don't appreciate it then they can read on. Don't let anyone bully you into taking down that which gives some of us alot of pleasure.  You rock!

 Awesome...............as for gay.......I dont think so.......some of my favorite poets are male Robert Frost for one...........maybe this will help you out

You keep writing and posting..........someone dont like it..........they can go read something else or write their own.......you have just as much right to put in a blog anything you want as well as everyone else on this site............

As far as whoever told you that...........who did it ..who did it? No, seriously, I am kidding. I don't care, and as long as you are secure in who you are and the words are true.........you shoudn't either. Regardless.
I'll be honest and say I am not in the mood to read poetry everyday. But when I am, it makes no difference to me who wrote it. I pay attention to the words and allow them to take me where my mind lets them take me. If a man can write beautiful poetry.....I say , do it.

Ewe Robert Frost is also one of my favorites. I have always looked at his work as a direction of mine.
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village, though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there's some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

I do not get all poetry, but I enjoy yours. Its good to know that not all blogs refer to sex. Its good to see some that are just written not for sex, but to make a person see the world though anothers eyes. And your eyes are beautiful.

You posted my other favorite ones of Robert Frost..........that is such a pretty one.....my mom often quoted that poem when someone would tease her about dying said she couldnt die cause she had promises to keep and miles to go before shed sleep thank you..............

Ewe That is my favorite poem of all times, It reminds me of when my brother and I went riding his horses for miles through the woods one warm winter day, while out on the trails, it had gotten cold real fast. and it had started to snow real hard. We could hardly see where we were going and the horses were getting real freaked too. It actually started to scare me. about four hours later him and I made it back to the house. "God rest his soul."

Many men are so insecure with their own manhood, that they have to make fun of, or say things such as a man isn't "manly" or is "gay" simple because he doesn't, in their eyes...do things that are not "manly" or "gay."

I understand that, and I love that some of you enjoy it. I really do. It dont bother me that they think its "gay," I could give two shits what they think. The point is, I dont want my work put out there as fuel for anyone to start shit over. I see myself as a problem solver, eliminate the problem, just wont post them here anymore. As far as the guys who have said this to me, think of how "gay" it is the next time you buy someone an AVANTI greating card. I just may have been the one that wrote it.

I love poetry and write it and sometimes post it. I know how you feel, I really do. My poems mostly come from deep in my heart and have meaning to me. They are like my "babies"....I gave them life and then have someone criticize them or carp about 'another poem'....it's hurtful and truthfully it pisses me off. Who died and left them the poetry critic??? Or for that matter the keeper of what is blogged on AMD?? No sir!!! Don't let them steal away from you the freedom to post whatever you want.
I hate to see you stop posting them but I do understand why. But I don't wanna miss them so...please please please????
