The coughing has stopped (mostly) thank goodness! Not sure I could have taken much more.

I have slight discomfort (hate to call it a pain) between my shoulder blades and could really use a massage.

I am hungry but there's nothing here I wish to eat. I would even eat mcdonalds at this point.
And that is pretty low.

I do have a coke and lots of ice (thank you jesus ) or else all might be lost.
(I have a bottle of the Captn but am trying to resist since I haven't eaten)

Okay, I have good music too.
I am the only one here at the moment so that kinda good.

But if someone came through the door with good food I would love them forever.
I can be bought. Cheap.

One of my roomies just came in and he has food!!!
Yes, the man is a god. He bought me tacos (I would have eaten anything).
And a churro What a man! Too bad he's married. Oh, I mean lucky woman his wife

Coughed your back out huh? Well if you can't get someone to help you with it.. I have a self way for ya.. get in the shower and let hot water run on it for a while.. and then clasp your hands behind your back with your arms straight.. lean forward lifting the arms upward.. should hear a nice resounding pop.. and then the pressure will ease off.
