I've had my share of toads....I did have one damn good man..but sadly he passed away.  I am now currently involved with a good man...have known him a couple of years now..met him through this site actually.

I come to realize about myself:If I don't clean the baggage from within,I'm always going to attract the wrong kind of guys.I just do my emotional clean sweep and tidying up before I put myself back outhere in the dating world.Not to say I'm not going to meet a few losers,but I figure its not his fault but mines because I wasn't prepared and vulnerable enough to fall.

Amen brother!! I haveonly had 1 of my alloted 3 "great" ones. I am content with the right now type..... Let the goodness come to you...............stop looking altogether...........flirt, it makes you feel desired with no strings attached (unless you want them) JMO

Reminds me of a song Rascal Flatts sings (which is a re-make they aren't the 1st artist to sing the song) called God Bless this broken road.
Says that we had to go down a broken road to get to the one who we are meant to be with. Well, I'm still on my broken road but I'm not giving up.

I have been burnt, so many times,  and for no good reason at times, other than she wanted to see if the grass really was greener on the other side. But I tell you this, it hasnt stopped me yet.  I cant say to much more about the things that I have gone though in relationships, because it will take away from the book I am some day going to write. I just keep the faith that there is a normal lady out there for me.
