Quite often, as the day fades to night and the vibrant sunset caresses the evening sky, I find myself lost in thought, wishing you were here by my side. The miles that lie between us often seem immeasurable, but there’s never been a question regarding the closeness that links our two souls. We’ve never stood face to face in this existence, but I feel as if I’ve known you for a lifetime. I do not question the forces that brought us together; instead, I’m simply thankful for the opportunity to know you. I am truly blessed to have you in my life, and I can’t wait until I have you by my side. (You know who you are).....
Friends are a true blessing in life, and it doesn't matter if they live next door or if they live across the country. All that truly matters is the bond that's shared and the time well spent on making memories that'll last a lifetime.

Very nice Angel. I also have a long distance relationship.The pain and the loneliness that follows the sunset is real though. I still miss the closeness, the touching and kissing of a personal relationship. When the absence of two bodies together destroyers the relationship I do not think I will want another long distance relationship. A kudo for the beautiful blog. It made me see the sunset in my mind.
