never really been an idol fan. there's only so much of Paula Abdul one can take before one begin's to pray for her to be confined back to the 80's...
American Gladiator... hmm, more signs the writers on strike, me thinks. but I'll admit I've been tempted to check it out. I'm a beta-tester on hulu.com (the networks response to you-tube) and it's been sittin' up there tempting me. I know it's gonna suck but maybe I'll check it out. Speaking of tv that looks bad. I missed the 1st 2 episodes of Terminator. gotta go see if they're available on hulu yet..

TMZ just showed that they think the Gladiators are on steroids and also that some of the contestants aren't who they say thay are....Like the "Bull Rider" last nite...she's really a porn star and the carmel colored Gladiator (forgot his name) used to be a gay porn star.....LMAO!!!
Poor Hulk....He's all washed up now. No wonder Linda left him. Think about it, she was with him this long and she knows he's washed up now, so she's gonna take the money and run.....Hmmmm....Just another thought!!

I've never watched American Idol... 
I used to watch American Gladiators...but, it's been a few years now...but when I did watch...my favorite Gladiator was Nitro...(told ya it's been a few years!)

Never watched more than a few minutes of AI.
Used to watch the 80's version of Gladiator...Lace turned my crank a bit.... >:)
Surprised the ladies haven't named Michael O'Hearn as their fave gladiator...
after all he has even played Superman, and a better looking one than the last one that was on the big screen. But he never competed on the T.V. episodes, just the revival and the live shows they do.

My girls and I watch American Idol together. And your so right, the first 3 weeks are the best episodes, watching people make fools of themselves!!
