For several weeks meteorologists’ and local residents have been alarmed and confused over the recent weather phenomena which occurred over this small sleepy hamlet. There has been the hushed back room conversations about what had overtaken their town while Church groups kept vigil in hopes of a 2nd coming.

To those who witnessed this strange weather occurrence it began rather simply with warm vanilla scented winds on an otherwise fall, crisp day. Those who looked to the sky seeing the sudden and rapid color changes were sent scampering indoors fearing for their safety.It seemed as though the air was being depleted of oxygen. Then the rains began. But this was not an ordinary rain. Droplets, pink and blue in color were falling to the ground. Not only were the droplets pink and blue in color, they were heart shaped! There were spectators who claimed to have heard the Mormon Tabernacle Choir singing the Halleluiah Chorus.

What was happening and WHY was this phenomena only occurring above a rather non-descript hotel parking lot?

Until now the speculation as to the cause and purpose has been rampant. Local authorities explained this was yet one more piece of evidence pointing to Global Warming. Local Historians retorted it was the Potawatomi Indians coming back to reclaim the land. A variety of residents claimed a UFO with alien inhabitants had landed at the edge of town. It seemed everyone claimed they had the answers to the strange weather occurrence.

We of the AMD community now know the reason for this strange, frightening yet wonderful weather event. Yes it was the First Kiss of YNot and YNotsgirl !!!!

Even in these times of a hectic and irrational world, magic does happen.
