Good Morning AMD

Well..it's a new day....and so far so good...Only thing that has driven me nuts (oops...looks around to make sure the squirrel doesn't see the nuts ) today...my dogs. For those who don't know....yet...I have five dogs...and not small ones either. DeDe likes to call em "damn baby horses" One is a german shepherd, and the other four are shepherd/lab mixes. And yes...their food bill is quite a drain.

So...how did they drive me nuts? It's my day off from work...I wanted to sleep in..at least till 8am...but I guess my "lovely" dogs had other ideas as they got me up at 7am. So, I get up, let them outside, stumble through the kitchen, turn on the coffee pot....make the bed..turn on the tv...then set up what I call their "breakfast"..a mix of their dry food with canned food. And in the midst of all this...they start barking like there's no tomorrow...I'm thinking someone is at the door...look outside..nope, no one there. If it wasn't winter time..I would have thought the neighbor they don't like was in his backyard..but he wasn't. I find out finally all it is that they are barking at is the neighbor behind my house is running his snowblower. Dogs!!!!!!!!!! I had to laugh.....they're goofballs but I love em.

Oh yeah..I forgot...she's always telling me to throw em out the door too.

But sis....it's cold out there...I don't want my "baby's" getting cold ya know!

I know what you mean sugar. I have 6 big dogs and I don't usually hear anything out of them unless I want to sleep. I have 2 Labs, 3 Chows and 1 that's a Lab ??? mix LOL. Yep gotta love em. Oh by the way I DO have 2 horses as well LOL.

I've got a fenced in backyard and let them out there to run and romp....especially when they are really driving me crazy.
