One of my friends told me of a way to lose about 20 lbs very quickly by making a drink of lemon juice, cayenne peppers, and maple syrup and if you drink alot of water and dont eat for about a week or two you should lose 20lbs

if so please respond i would like to know what the effects are before i try it. they didnt give me any details

i've heard of it.....and it's not very healthy NOR will you keep the weight you loose off...........if you want it off for good gota do it different.......

Yes, I have heard of it as well - it is basically an unhealthy cleanse. You arent getting any vitamins, or nutrition whatsoever - doing it for only a few days would definately help you lose weight - as the cayenne increases metabolism, and the lemon juice helps the water absorb better to flush the fat away. The maple syrup is just to make it palletable - Good luck, but dont do it for long!

That sounds like a PERFECT diet! I'm not a nutritionist, but I'm pretty sure the lack of protein for 2 weeks would land you in the hospital.
