I have noticed this question before, and it seems a lot of women like them thicker rather than longer.....
In my opinion it really depends on each individual!!! I personally think anything bigger than 9 is way too big, anything much smaller than 4/5 doesnt do much for me - but this is just MY personal preference. Yes, thick is nice too, to feel it rubbin the walls... but really, if a guy is tiny, that is what toys and a tongue work great for!!!

For me, 9 is WAY too big. I think between 6 and 8.5 is pretty good. I love it when it's really thick, though...
