I just can't figure out why so many women are so hung up on the height of a man. I can kind of understand if you dont want a huge descepency in height, but whats wrong with a man being the same height or a little shorter? Not to mention the women who are 5'2" and are looking for a man no less than 6'0". It seems pretty shallow to me.

Iam 5'5" and consider myself to be an above average loooking guy, Ive had and/or overheard women say that they would turn down a guy soley based on his height. Whats up with that? They could be missing out on a graet thing! Ive gotten to the point that if I see a womans profile with strict height preferences. I assume they are too shallow and are not worth my time anyway. Its socially exceptable for a woman to be short, but a short man is an outcast?

This is one I have never heard before, A woman rejecting a man based only on the fact that he is too tall! I'm actually 5' 10 1/2" The one thing that women have given me complements about over the years has been my height. They like it. My dad was big man, 6' 4" and weighed 210, in his prime.

If women are rejecting "tall" men based on their height, then I would say, "What the deal." I have not seen very many women that were comfortable "looking down" at a man. Sorry. That's my take on this.

Haven't figured the height thing out either. I'm 5'6" and get the same thing.

I wonder if it's just because the woman wants to be looked down upon. I mean, hell, even us short guys can do that!! In the meantime they'll cry about us males (in general) being shallow in a multitude of ways.
