Haven't decided yet on whether to make breakfast for my girls, or do a brunch as I have a couple coupons. On Sundays I like to make wraps for their breakfast - scramble some eggs with green peppers, sausage, onions and garlic. Place the mixture on a tortilla, add cheese and salsa (some Tabasco for me) and chow down. They have juice while I have my strong black coffee.

What do y'all do for Sunday - Brunch it or make a meal?

If you have no one to cook for (me e/o weekend), what do you usually do?

I had a breakfast bowl, your breakfast sounds delish. speaking of coffee... I need some. I like to fix biscuts gravey and a fruit plate ..of course fried potatoes with this. My grandma used to do some chops with this meal.. hmm that sounds good.. may have to invite some people over for a day of chilling out...

I usually make omelets for the kids on Sundays. This morning though the boys stayed the night at a friends house and my daughter stayed with her aunt. I have the whole house to myself. I guess I'll just run around naked and make myself an omelet. Sausage, bacon, ham, onions, cheese and a little bit of hot sauce. It'll melt in your mouth. And so will the omelet.

give me a old fashion breakfast of crisp bacon, fried eggs over easy, fried potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy. Yes, it's a Heart Attack on a Plate!!! Only eat it once in a blue moon. Usually I don't eat breakfast on the weekends and when I do, it's just eggs and toast.

Okay, now I think I'm hungry. I'm just sitting here with a large cup of French Vanilla, fat free cappuccino. Maybe I need to go find something to eat now. Ahh, it'll wait.

Waffles with blackberry syrup (home grown/made), OJ, black coffee for me this morning. Weekdays it's usually cereal and toast or just toast, or a muffin. Now, if I'm cooking for someone else, I dress it up a bit...quiche, perhaps, or scratch pancakes with or w/o eggs, sausage gravy with scratch biscuits...

Love to cook. Love to eat. But better to share. But I do take time to cook, even for just me, every day. It's good therapy - and where else can you get therapy that just tastes good!

I will do Sunday Brunch, but the problem is that I get up EARLY and there's no way I can wait until noonish for my first meal.......

This morning it was a bit of sirloin on the grill, scrambled eggs (with garlic) and an everything bagel. Most mornings I don't bother. Maybe to open a container of yogurt.
