	The pillow I have I wouldn't let my ex keep - just right for me, even though it hasn't been used in about 4 years. It's roughly 12" wide, 18 - 20 inches long, and about 4" thick (squishy like Down). Just enough to raise the hips off the bed but not enough to make a woman uncomfortable.
