well this week that is .... I have a friend that is obsessed with diets.... I mean obsessed, and she cant be the only one . Are responsible for ridiculous FAD diets
? I told her she was gonna starve herself to death , course she just scoffs at me , has there ever been a person that felt like they were not over weight? So last week it was low fat, stocked the cabinets and freezers to the hilt,then it was low or no carb, threw out all the other and restocked, it is maddening, you cant have a conversation without it being about someones weight, she sees my weight, his weight, her weight. Did you know that root vegetables were as bad for you as poison? I blame alot of it on celebreties, I mean have you ever seen Kirsti Ali ugly? Um nope, she was beautiful at 200+ and still the same at what 125?

The latest conversation we had was over eggs.... she was allowed one egg and one egg white some cheese (barely ya know) and one piece of bacon, I thought OMG not again, now keep in mind this woman is a size 10/12 that is not FAT to me , and I cant imagine it being to anyone else either.

Word of advice for Dieters, if anything you read says you are only allowed one type of food group, or severly cuts back on the vitamines you need to function .... put it in FILE 13. When all the damn dieting kills ya ,is it really gonna make a difference to anyone ? We wont be able to tell all you had for 6 wks was eggs and cheese.

Some powerful medication extracts come from plant roots! All medicines are a poison!

I believe in moderation and "grazing-" Eat what you want but in about 5 or 6 smaller meals to allow your bod to actually burn it off or more! Some form of body movement through the day, goes with that too! I recommend sex, walking or riding a bike [and I don't mean a Harley] most of the day!

Kidding about the sex therapy [who gets that?]- I do believe in the rest!

You are right. Too dangerous not to have various foods from all the food groups in your diet.

how come all the Caribbean people
who live on root vegetables
are alive and well?

Diets have been proven not to work in the long term...I have to be careful with my intake of cholesteral...thats about it...and i need daily exersise or i don't feel right...
