Well I dont really go out to bars or clubs much but went out last weekend with some friends.I totally felt like I was out of my element. They were dancing all over each other like it was one big orgie.I was completely turned off.Half the girls were dancing like they were humping each other on top of each other on the floor and stuff.I am a strong romantic and love to experiment and explore each other and stuff. I even feel that laughing at each others corny jokes and bearing each others soul is part of making love. When i walked in the club I felt so lost in the times and even felt old or something. What was turning everyone else on completely turned me off!I would not even have wanted to have sex that night!Oh well I guess i am who I am!

There is not a darn thing wrong with you!!

I have witnessed this same behavior from the 20-30 year old crowd and while I don't quite comprehend their attitudes I chalk it up to this generation doing their own thing.

There does seem to be this prevelant sexual freedom attitude that is going on while at the same time we read of men such as yourself that are not happy with this behavior.

It sures doesn't leave much to the imagination does it

All a matter of preferences I guess. Like you I do not enjoy clubs, discotheques and that sort of thing. I'm shy in real life so I prefer hanging out with people I know well only. Besides it's so noisy in this places I can't hear myself talk.

As for the sexual attitudes of this generation, what about the Woodstock of the last?

You have a good point Ben but somehow woodstock seems like it had depth and meaning even though it was loose!Wasnt there but it comes across to me that way.The club felt really shallow.

The only place I go to is a Club. You have to be a member to get in. The crowd is mixed in ages. The bands that play there play a little of everthing. They do not put up with fights, drunks, ect.

Nothing wrong with you

I'm almost the same way. Never really gone to places like that since I'm not a drinker. Even though I get along with people, I still hate being around large crowds. I see nothing wrong with you either.

Hey walkin, If you take a look around your area, maybe you can find a place like I go too. It is technically named a "singles dance" but it consists of folks my age that like to dance. Everybody dances with everybody, well in couples that is, but the ladies ask the men to dance just as often as the men ask the ladies, and very seldom is anyone turned down. We dont do much "hooking up", but some (several) relationships have formed there. I guess in deferance to our ages, lol, it starts early and ends early, we dont have a band, but a dj, who plays 3 or 4 slow easy dances to each fast one,
Like you I dont care to watch girls act like strippers on the dance floor, or couples involved in foreplay. Clearly I am not prudish, but...get a room already!

tune, you already know I think you're hot! And there isn't anything wrong with you, either! I don't like to see woman acting like strippers on the dance floor and I certainly don't like to watch people making out (get a room!)
I just think you need to go places that are more your style. Simple as that!

if the sight of girls humping on each other turned you off then , yes there is something wrong with you. Seek professional help immediately.

Yes,,,,everyone has a right to their opinion,,,,I just turned 50 this week and I don't look or act my age,,,,My party was given to me,,,, at a club I have been going to for 25 years,,,and yes us women love men,,,,but we have our time too,,,,and yes it does something for a normal man to watch hot women rub,,,,spank and dance as if we were strippers,,,,that was my highlight for the night,,,,just in fun,,,,,yes we love to tease the men in the club,,,but nothing wrong with having a good time,,,I live in CA,,,,yes we are different and I love it...But you said it......
I felt so lost in the times and even felt old or something. What was turning everyone else on completely turned me off!I
Most men get turned on watching us,,,,,

Look at football players,,,at a professional game,,,they slap each other in the ass,,,but yeah that's ok,,,, Oh well I guess I am who I am.....

I'm a "to each their own" guy. Just as I feel there's nothing wrong with their behavior in the club, I also feel there's nothing wrong with expressing how you feel about it.

I do have problems when we judge others on their differences and FWIW I don't feel you are judging them. I just have bigger problems with judgement and self-righteousness.

A good percentage of men do enjoy seeing women do this with each other but also I know many do it just to get a rise of us guys who do... no harm, no foul.

Ironically Woodstock did have meaning... it was the forbearer of this "free expression" because that's what it was about. Woodstock came on the heels of and was the symbolic breaking free from oppression of thought and behavior. The young had no voice and little choice. Woodstock was a Declaration of Independence so to speak and while if not Woodstock it would have been something else on someone else's farm, it was what helped to bring us to what you saw.

But to answer your question... nothing wrong with you, nothing wrong with them. Different strokes for different folks.
