I have just recently become more in tune with my body, and how to work it! I can do it, but not with regularity. I actually only learned about it last year and since then I've been very facinated with the whole thing. I'm practicing so I can do it everytime but I'm not quite there yet. Hopefully with all the time me and my guy are putting in on it, I will figure it out.
