 I have given this some thought over the past 23 years, and for a long time it was for August 12 on whatever year. Not sure why that day popped into my mind back in 1984, but I still consider that day under consideration. It may have been the 1984 olympics held in Los Angeles that summer, and watching that day's event with all the super stars like Mary Decker (Slaney), Zola Budd, and Marry Lou Retton to where I had a great time and didn't want summer to end. And the fact that I was involved with my second love at the time and was 17 years old. It could be the fact that there's no holidays in the month of August, but that summer had always been the best summer I had. Over the last few years I have thought about adding April 4 and April 17 (17 being my favorite number). We can even go with August 17, or October 17. I'm sure women have thought more about this topic than most of us guys. lol So anyone, what day would you want your wedding to take place on and why? For those who are already married, what day did you pick, and why did you pick that day?

Not in the Summer....cakes don't hold up well. Plus where would you honeymoon?
For me I think either October 31 or December around Christmas.

I'm with VG! I've done July and August IF I were to ever venture down that road again I think Spring or Fall! Good weather, can go with an outside ceremony! So is this a glimpse of things to come Shawn??? Is there something you and Kim are hiding from us??????

Well, i have been married 3 times twice in the fall, once in the spring so if i was going to pick a day to get married again I guess it would be NEVER!!!

Dec 31....that way...when it didn't work out (which it didn't imagine that) I at least still had a reason to celebrate that day.

I got married in December, the 21st to be exact. My birthday is 12/23, and Christmas has always been my favorite time of year. If I ever take the plunge again, and that's a BIG if, I'd do it in December. I don't really have a lucky number or day that I like over others. Just like the season I guess!

I'm divorced now, but i chose March 13th, and ironically that's my due date lol....
I don't know if i'll ever get married again, if i did i would choose a cool time of year.

I got married the first time on Feb 6th and the second time on December 31st... neither worked, and I really wanted a warm weather wedding, but it's looking like a cold weather one again... but oh well, it will be worth it just to be his wife!
