	Maggie I am sorry you are feeling bad and hope the benedryl helps. It is that time of year for us sinus and allergy sufferers to had problem. It is beginning to seem like sinus and allergy season is all year long.

	the perfect solution-- Move to Hawaii. On Maui, one side of the island gets over 400 inches of rain a year while the other side of the island get around 15 inches a year. If you want moist, just go to the wet side and vise versa. and with the winds off of the ocean, it will help to keep the polins down.
