Why is life so strangely unfair? I dont understand why some things happen! I dont get why someone who has done nothing really wrong in life, has been chosen to be brought down in their prime, no chances, just the way it is!
What about her kids, how will they live without her? What will their lives be like? and her grand children, will never get to know how special she was in her own way!
What is this life where people can rape, and murder and do unbelievably evil things, and go to live until they are 100, and yet people who do nothing but good, seem to fight a losing battle their whole lives, fighting to keep loved ones happy, fighting to keep even food on the table, fighting to do good.....
I just wonder about this all, and especially today...
I am not asking questions, just wondering aloud....
(In prayers of my Aunt who has just now been pronounced clinically brain dead, she is 54 yrs old)

Hey loveableone,
It's unfortunate that these things happen in life but they do. I work in open heart surgery, and I see life come and go and come back. Sometimes it does not come back, I have many years in emergency medicine as well and sometimes you just cannot explain why some die and other do not. Life is unfair, that's why I feel we must live life as full as we can, be as happy as we can and not to let things drag us down. Live and enjoy, experience everything you want to because you never know when your time is up. Be thoughtful of the ones who do pass and for their loved ones but move on because life will so you must to.

I want to send my regards to you and your family, will keep you and your family in my prayers. Those are all valid questions but sometimes we don''t have the answers to those. The only thing that we can do is cherish the time that we had with that person and always keep them in our hearts and thoughts. Because they are a small part of us. And even though they may be gone from our lives their memories will live on.

Luv I am truly sorry to hear about your Aunt. One thing in life you can count on is that life has no rhyme or reason. Questions just lead to more Questions and not answers that will satisfy your heart or mind. In life we are all tested day in and day out, to teach us and to strengthen us. Fairplay is just a notion. You learn to deal and to cope. You do your best, shed yours tears, be upset and angry, and then in time try to smile. You learn to think to yourself ... What would your Aunt want and wish for your life ... and you set out to make her proud ... and make yourself proud ... as life just goes on ... fair and unfair ... it is just life ... Just make the most of your time with loved ones and hold steadfast to your memories and the love within your heart
Always With My Luv, Ms. Eva

Oh sweetie I am truly sorry for the pain your family is experiencing.
I never know anymore than anyone does why dreadful things happen to good people. All I know is that this is cycle of life and we are not on the seat. It is never up to us.
But we can keep our loved ones close to our heart and pray for the best.

Should you choose that train of thought, if you pause to assess, you will discover that there are no answers, only more questions.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I had a friend that did nothing wrong in life. She never drank, smoked, she would help anyone that needed help, she was in the chuch choir, she did cross stich and would bring it the her county fair and win ribbons for it. She and her husband only had one daughter and one granddaughter. She would talk about her granddaughter like she was the only kid on earth. She was so proud of her. Then breast cancer got to her. She fought it and won the 1st battle. It came around again and this time she lost. She tried for over two years everything there was out there to help her and the cancer got the best of her.
Her husband has just retired two months before she passed away. He told me that wasn't in their plans. They wanted to travel the states when he retired. Now she is with God and he is alone. Which reminds me I need to call and check on him. He is a great guy and loved his wife.
Take care of yourself.

This is why you need to tell the people that you love that you love them when you have the chance.
You might not get another chance.
This is what makes life precious. Else we would take it for granted, and not appreciate it.
people can rape, and murder and do unbelievably evil things, and go to live until they are 100
Not if I had my way. Probably best that I not hold positions of politcal power or influence.

I had a neighbor that lasted a tour of viet nam then came home and during the first week back, got into a car accident and died. Fair, no. it's a shame that a lot of good ones go, yet a lot of bad ones survive. Sorry for your loss. You will be in my prayers tonight.
