Damn, I just got to go with this one. It's too much of an opportunity not to.
I received an IM from a woman in Nigeria who is trapped in a hotel room because her ex boyfriend didn't pay the bill and they have her passport locked up in the hotel safe.
She even has a cute picture and her English is almost good.
She's a nurse/midwife and can not leave the country. She does promise to pay me back as soon as she's back in the USA.
So, I'm asking her how much she needs. 450, either USD or Pound Sterling. She even offered me his phone number. Like I'm going to call freaking Nigeria?!
I suggested she go to her consulate and get new documents and ask for. I was nice, I did wish her good luck and to work on her presentation.
Unbelievable the stupidity that people can have. Both in the scamming and being the scammed.
Any suggestions or advice for these jerks (& jerkette's) is appreciated. The only thing I ask is that you make it good and funny!
