Well I grew up in a very abusive household.I was the youngest of five. My dad was an alcholic and knew he was dying before i was even born.He took his pain out on his family.He hated for his kids to cry and would beat us until we stopped! He used to get drunk and play his guitar and sing the old rugged cross and he himself would cry from the guilt and shame of how he was to his family.I would watch him and learned very early that music was a safe place to release your feelings and emotions.I also learned very early to keep myself distanced from everyone very early and this is what the blog is about.This worked for me as a kid but being older leaves me very lonely.I have learned a few years ago to try and be open and honest but the habits still haunt me and i have to work through them daily. I freeze up sometimes when it comes to meeting woman and I struggle to get passed it.
I am extremely lonely and havent been touched in a very long time.Everything in me screams out to be with someone and I am writing this blog because I hope the honesty will help me with my struggle.Thanks for reading this!

Kudos for you for admitting it. Thats the first step to getting better. I hope you work through your problems and find that someone special so you can have a full loving relationship. Sorry for your childhood, no child should have to go through that. Your mother should've taken you kids and left. I'm sure you would've had a much better life if she had. Just my opinion. Been there, I know how it can hurt children.
